The CPFA Insurance scheme has now been re-launched in order to bring you a more simplified application process.

In order to access the scheme, organisations will have to comply with both the following terms;

  1. Register (or be registered) as a member of their local CPFA or RCC
  2. Register and undertake annual playground inspections with an annual inspector registered with the Register of Play Inspectors (RPii).

You can find your local registered annual inspector at the website of the RPii which can be found at www.playinspectors.com

In the left hand menu you find find Annual Inspectors and the opening page will list all inspectors and their geographical location.

There is now only one application form that you will have to complete and in the form it lists all the insurances available through the CPFA scheme. If the policy you are looking for is not listed then it will be outside of our scheme and you will have to contact Zurich direct for more details. The scheme is adminsistered by CPFA Services and the address is shown on the application form.

We are now offering Public Liability cover at both £5 million and £8 million although higher cover can be quoted on an individual basis.

The Policy Wording document is the legal document giving all policy terms and conditions and we advise that you look at this document and you can print it off anytime you require, however be advised this is a large document so it may pay to print off the details you require.

There are two downloadable documents:

  • Insurance Application Form
  • Policy wording document

Complete your application form in full and send it to the address given below. You will then be contacted and advised of the premium for your nominated insurance coverage required.  If you wish to proceed you will be forwarded your insurance documents  together with an invoice for payment that is due. Only complete the sections of the form for the actual insurance cover you require, you will find that there are sections for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Trustee Indemnity and All Risks cover.
