About CPFA - Local understanding with national influence

The County Playing Fields Association is dedicated to protecting peoples right to access local outdoor community facilities for sport, play and recreation.   We have 33 local county bodies. Collectively we lobby Government and policy makers to make a difference for the local communities in which we serve.

We believe that the continued decline in the availability and quality of outdoor community facilities is detrimental to us all.  The legacy left to future generations of run down, unsafe or lost areas are of major concern. Lack of access leading to the breakdown of communities, poor health, reduced productivity in the workplace and the overall decline in the morale of a community. 

On behalf of your family and your neighbours we ask that you help to support us in our mission of helping local communities to stay active through the protection of areas used by communities for sport, play and recreation.  This website will show you how you can make a real difference, no matter how small your contribution.
